His first book, called Space Ace and The Flying Shed is a fast moving mix of science fiction, fantasy and a liberal dose of humour. The heroes are Eddie, the mad techno wizard who has a whole armoury of wonderful gadgets and inventions; and John, the ordinary kid who discovers that his ancestor was a witch.
